P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb 30 vjet, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysma e rritjes ka ardhur nga shteti, p\u00ebrmes rritjes s\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave fiskale dhe pagave n\u00eb administrat\u00eb. Taksat neto kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndikimin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb me 1.97 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje, nd\u00ebrsa administrimi publik dhe sigurimet sh\u00ebnuan 0.91 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sip\u00ebrmarrja private me kontribut minimal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sip\u00ebrmarrja private solli vet\u00ebm 1.97 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb rritjes, duke zbritur n\u00eb 49% t\u00eb totalit, niveli m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt q\u00eb prej vitit 1996. N\u00eb vitin 2023, bizneset kontribuuan 96% t\u00eb rritjes, \u00e7ka tregon nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtjellim t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb reale. Rritja \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur artificialisht nga \u00e7mimet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, rritja e TVSH-s\u00eb dhe shpenzimet publike, jo nga prodhimi apo eksportet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrtimi, turizmi dhe energjia humbasin pesh\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sektor\u00ebt q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebn rritjen n\u00eb vitet e m\u00ebparshme u tkurr\u00ebn duksh\u00ebm. Nd\u00ebrtimi, q\u00eb n\u00eb 2023 dha gati nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e rritjes, kontribuoi vet\u00ebm 13% n\u00eb 2024, nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7mimet e larta t\u00eb banesave po r\u00ebndojn\u00eb fuqin\u00eb bler\u00ebse.<br>Akomodimi dhe sh\u00ebrbimi ushqimor, i nxitur nga turizmi, dha vet\u00ebm 8% t\u00eb rritjes, shum\u00eb m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.
