Pavar\u00ebsisht sinjalit t\u00eb policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar, drejtuesi ka shtuar shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb futur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e brendshme t\u00eb zon\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa patrulla i \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ndjekje. Pas disa minutash, automjeti ka ndaluar p\u00ebr pak \u00e7aste n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cNikolin Xhoja\u201d. N\u00eb momentin kur komandanti i policis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb afruar p\u00ebr t\u2019i k\u00ebrkuar shoferit t\u00eb fikte mjetin, 44-vje\u00e7ari ka shtypur gazin, duke e t\u00ebrhequr efektivin dhe duke i d\u00ebmtuar dor\u00ebn. Situata \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzuar edhe m\u00eb tej. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte punonj\u00ebsit e policsi\u00eb s\u00eb qarkullimit i jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ndjekje me mjetin e policis\u00eb me targa &#8230;. Testi i alkoolit tregoi se Rezart Abazaj drejtonte automjetin me 1.4 mg\/l alkool, dhe n\u00eb matjen e dyt\u00eb ka rezultuar 1.35 mg\/l nd\u00ebrsa verifikimet zbuluan se ai nuk ishte i pajisur me leje drejtimi.
