Pas shpalljes s\u00eb fituesit, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e ekipit t\u00eb studios 51N4E nuk i fsheh\u00ebn emocionet dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb mbart ky projekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arkitekti belg shtoi se projekti ka analizuar me kujdes rritjen demografike dhe urbane n\u00eb rajon: *”Duke par\u00eb pak eksperienc\u00ebn se si Tirana u rrit n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ndoshta t\u00eb mos b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat gabime. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb guximtare n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre. Puna q\u00eb na pret \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe, por un\u00eb kam besim t\u00eb plot\u00eb se do t’ia dalim.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
