N\u00eb vitin 2024, 8% e popullsis\u00eb 16 vje\u00e7 e lart raportoi se nuk kishte kryer nj\u00eb ekzaminim mjek\u00ebsor t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm, sepse ishte shum\u00eb i shtrenjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb disponueshme t\u00eb Eurostat, vet\u00ebm Greqia ka nj\u00eb nivel m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, me 8.8% n\u00eb vitin 2025. Mesatarja e Bashkimit Europian p\u00ebr vitin 2025 ishte vet\u00ebm 1%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas Greqis\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, diferenca \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe. N\u00eb vitin 2025, pamund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar financiarisht ekzaminimin prekte 2.5% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb Letoni, 2% n\u00eb Rumani, 1.9% n\u00eb Franc\u00eb dhe 1.6% n\u00eb Itali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kostoja mbetet pengesa kryesore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb vitin 2024, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 8% q\u00eb nuk e p\u00ebrballonin koston, 1.5% deklaruan se nuk kishin marr\u00eb ekzaminimin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb pritjes dhe 0.2% p\u00ebr shkak se sh\u00ebrbimi ndodhej shum\u00eb larg. T\u00eb tria s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin 9.8% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr krahasim, n\u00eb BE n\u00eb vitin 2025 vet\u00ebm 1% e popullsis\u00eb raportoi koston si penges\u00eb. Listat e pritjes p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin nj\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr 1.2% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe larg\u00ebsia nga sh\u00ebrbimi p\u00ebr 0.1%. T\u00eb marra s\u00eb bashku, k\u00ebto tri pengesa prek\u00ebn 2.4% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nga mungesa e koh\u00ebs te frika nga mjeku<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e detajuara t\u00eb Eurostat tregojn\u00eb se pengesat p\u00ebr marrjen e kujdesit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk kufizohen vet\u00ebm te sistemi sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vitin 2024, 2% e popullsis\u00eb 16 vje\u00e7 e lart deklaroi se nuk e kishte kryer ekzaminimin sepse kishte preferuar t\u00eb priste p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00ebse problemi do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohej vet\u00eb. Kjo ishte arsyeja e dyt\u00eb m\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb pas kostos, n\u00ebse merren ve\u00e7mas t\u00eb gjitha arsyet e deklaruara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mungesa e koh\u00ebs ishte gjithashtu nj\u00eb penges\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Rreth 1.8% e popullsis\u00eb deklaroi se nuk kishte pasur koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer ekzaminimin, nga 1.6% n\u00eb 2023 dhe 1.5% n\u00eb 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e qytetar\u00ebve, 0.2%, deklaroi si arsye frik\u00ebn nga mjeku, spitali, ekzaminimi ose trajtimi, nd\u00ebrsa 0.1% raportoi se nuk njihte nj\u00eb mjek ose specialist t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr 1% p\u00ebrmendi arsye t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kur merren parasysh t\u00eb gjitha arsyet e raportuara nga Eurostat, jo vet\u00ebm kostoja, larg\u00ebsia dhe pritja, 85.1% e shqiptar\u00ebve deklaruan n\u00eb vitin 2024 se nuk kishin pasur nevoja t\u00eb paplot\u00ebsuara p\u00ebr ekzaminim mjek\u00ebsor dhe 14.9% kishin raportuar nj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb paplot\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb nga arsyet e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb anket\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shqip\u00ebria shum\u00eb mbi rajonin p\u00ebr penges\u00ebn financiare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edhe n\u00eb raport me Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, Shqip\u00ebria ka nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb mosmarrjes s\u00eb ekzaminimeve p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kostos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb Serbi, ku ka tashm\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr vitin 2025, vet\u00ebm 1.1% e popullsis\u00eb raportoi se ekzaminimi ishte shum\u00eb i shtrenjt\u00eb. P\u00ebr Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, vlera e fundit e disponueshme \u00ebsht\u00eb 1.2% n\u00eb vitin 2024, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr Malin e Zi 0.3% n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovin\u00ebn, e dh\u00ebna e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb 0.4% dhe i p\u00ebrket vitit 2023, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn nuk ka t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00eb serin\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shpenzimet e ul\u00ebta dhe pagesat e larta nga xhepi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niveli i lart\u00eb i mosmarrjes s\u00eb ekzaminimeve p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kostos p\u00ebrkon me konsum t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe me nj\u00eb barr\u00eb financiare shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb bie drejtp\u00ebrdrejt mbi familjet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Eurostat b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se konsumi individual p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ishte 662 euro p\u00ebr banor n\u00eb vitin 2025, kundrejt 3,675 eurove mesatarisht n\u00eb BE. Edhe pasi eliminohet efekti i diferencave t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve, konsumi real i mallrave dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ishte vet\u00ebm rreth 40% e mesatares europiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore, N\u00eb vitin 2023, 48.27% e shpenzimeve korrente p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri paguheshin drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga familjet, niveli m\u00eb i lart\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Anketa p\u00ebrfshin si arsye koston, larg\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe listat e pritjes, por edhe munges\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs, mosnjohjen e nj\u00eb mjeku apo specialisti t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm, frik\u00ebn nga mjeku, spitali, ekzaminimi ose trajtimi, pritjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00ebse problemi p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet vet\u00eb dhe arsye t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Treguesi i referohet popullsis\u00eb 16 vje\u00e7 e lart dhe bazohet n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e vet\u00eb personit n\u00ebse kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ekzaminim ose kujdes mjek\u00ebsor, por nuk e mori apo nuk e k\u00ebrkoi at\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb tabel\u00ebn e Eurostat jan\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2024.
