Nj\u00eb divorc, sipas arsyetimit t\u00eb saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje juridike q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfunduar. Pas zgjidhjes s\u00eb martes\u00ebs, personi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i martuar dhe, n\u00ebse nuk ka lidhur nj\u00eb martes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, mund t\u00eb konsiderohet s\u00ebrish \u201cbeqar\u201d n\u00eb kuptimin e statusit aktual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gobet argumenton se mbajtja p\u00ebrjet\u00eb e kategoris\u00eb \u201ci divorcuar\u201d e kthen nj\u00eb ngjarje private n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb administrative t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, kjo nuk do t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptonte fshirjen e historis\u00eb s\u00eb divorcit. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr martes\u00ebn dhe divorcin do t\u00eb ruhen n\u00eb regjistrat civil\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb disponueshme p\u00ebr autoritetet kur t\u00eb nevojiteshin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb ndodh aktualisht?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Zyr\u00ebs Federale Zvicerane p\u00ebr Gjendjen Civile, sistemi aktual njeh \u201cbeqar\u201d, \u201ci martuar\u201d, \u201ci divorcuar\u201d dhe \u201ci ve\u201d, krahas kategorive q\u00eb lidhen me partneritetet e regjistruara. Pra, statusi \u201ci divorcuar\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr ende. N\u00ebse reforma miratohet, ndryshimi do t\u00eb ishte kryesisht administrativ: nj\u00eb person i divorcuar nuk do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb m\u00eb statusin \u201ci divorcuar\u201d si kategori t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb dokumentet ku k\u00ebrkohet gjendja civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se autoritetet do t\u00eb humbnin informacionin p\u00ebr martes\u00ebn e m\u00ebparshme. Vet\u00eb propozimi parashikon q\u00eb divorci t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb figuroj\u00eb n\u00eb kronologjin\u00eb e ngjarjeve civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debati prek nj\u00eb pyetje m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb: sa nga historia personale e nj\u00eb njeriu duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e identitetit t\u00eb tij administrativ? P\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e ndryshimit, p\u00ebrgjigjja \u00ebsht\u00eb se dokumentet publike duhet t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm gjendjen aktuale juridike, nd\u00ebrsa ngjarjet e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb ruhen n\u00eb regjistra kur kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ligjore, por jo domosdoshm\u00ebrisht t\u00eb shfaqen si nj\u00eb \u201cetiket\u00eb\u201d e p\u00ebrhershme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, statusi civil nuk p\u00ebrdoret vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr arsye simbolike. Ai mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ligjore, familjare, trash\u00ebgimie apo administrative. Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, reforma nuk n\u00ebnkupton zhdukjen e informacionit mbi divorcin, por ndryshimin e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si ai klasifikohet administrativisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur dokumentet zyrtare mbledhin gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna personale, debati zviceran ngre nj\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb shkon p\u00ebrtej martes\u00ebs dhe divorcit.
