Ky konsorcium operon p\u00ebrmes kompanis\u00eb koncesionare &#8220;Laboratory Networks&#8221;. Vlera totale e kontrat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 13 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (af\u00ebrsisht 130 milion\u00eb euro) p\u00ebr 10 vitet e operimit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kontrolli i Lart\u00eb i Shtetit (KLSH) kreu nj\u00eb auditim mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb koncesion n\u00eb tetor 2021 dhe arriti n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb e kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin &#8220;P\u00ebr Koncesionet dhe Partneritetin Publik Privat&#8221;. Si rezultat, KLSH paditi n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Posa\u00e7me kund\u00ebr Korrupsionit dhe Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar (SPAK) shtat\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e komisionit p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e koncesionit dhe rekomandoi q\u00eb Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb masa p\u00ebr rishikimin dhe zgjidhjen e kontrat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SPAK regjistroi procedimin penal nr. 18 m\u00eb 31 janar 2022, duke hetuar p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb shkeljes s\u00eb barazis\u00eb s\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb tendera dhe ankande publike, shp\u00ebrdorim detyre dhe korrupsion pasiv t\u00eb personave q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb funksione publike.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pavar\u00ebsisht hetimeve dhe raportit kritik t\u00eb KLSH-s\u00eb, kompania &#8220;Laboratory Networks&#8221; ka vazhduar aktivitetin e saj dhe ka publikuar bilancet financiare p\u00ebr vitin 2023, duke raportuar nj\u00eb fitim prej 151,038,412 lek\u00ebsh (rreth 1.5 milion\u00eb euro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kontrat\u00ebn koncesionare, spitalet publike jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin kompanin\u00eb koncesionare.
