Gjithashtu, vendimi n\u00ebnvizon se nuk kishte rrezik arratisjeje dhe se zgjatja e paraburgimit ishte e pajustifikuar, pasi autoritetet nuk treguan kujdes t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb e hetimeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00ebll\u00e7i u arrestua nga SPAK n\u00eb tetor 2021, n\u00ebn akuz\u00ebn e shp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs lidhur me nj\u00eb tender. Ai q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb paraburgim me vendim t\u00eb GJKKO-s\u00eb, q\u00eb argumentoi se kishte dyshime t\u00eb arsyeshme p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen e tij n\u00eb veprime t\u00eb paligjshme. Por, sipas Strasburgut, Shqip\u00ebria shkeli Konvent\u00ebn Evropiane t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut, duke e mbajtur n\u00eb paraburgim pa prova t\u00eb qarta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata ka vendosur nj\u00eb shum\u00eb simbolike si d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblim moral p\u00ebr G\u00ebll\u00e7in dhe ka ngarkuar shtetin shqiptar me kostot avokatore t\u00eb procesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avokati Matlija e cil\u00ebsoi vendimin nj\u00eb fitore morale dhe kritikoi SPAK p\u00ebr &#8220;shfaqje televizive&#8221; p\u00ebrmes arrestimeve, duke shtuar se tashm\u00eb beteja p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi do t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb n\u00eb gjykatat vendase.
