Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, kontrolli ka filluar vet\u00ebm pasi produktet problematike kishin hyr\u00eb tashm\u00eb n\u00eb treg dhe, n\u00eb disa raste, ishin konsumuar nga qytetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aflatoksina?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aflatoksina \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb toksin\u00eb natyrale e prodhuar nga disa lloje myk\u00ebrash q\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb foragjere, drith\u00ebra dhe produkte bujq\u00ebsore t\u00eb magazinuara keq. Kjo substanc\u00eb kalon te qum\u00ebshti kur kafsh\u00ebt ushqehen me ushqime t\u00eb kontaminuara. Organizata Bot\u00ebrore e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb e klasifikon aflatoksin\u00ebn si kancerogjene t\u00eb grupit 1, me ndikime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e njeriut, sidomos n\u00eb d\u00ebmtimin e m\u00ebl\u00e7is\u00eb dhe t\u00eb veshkave. Rreziku \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i madh p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe konsumator\u00ebt e p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm t\u00eb qum\u00ebshtit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jo vet\u00ebm qum\u00ebshti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mandarina me pesticide, spinaq e kastraveca, luleshtrydhe etj., t\u00eb ndotura, t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb treg dhe ne paguajm\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i bler\u00eb dhe helmuar n\u00eb pavet\u00ebdije organizmin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pse ndodhin k\u00ebto skandale dhe pse sh\u00ebndeti i shqiptar\u00ebve mbetet i pa\u00e7muar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ngjarja n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb nxjerr n\u00eb pah nj\u00eb problem shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb tregun shqiptar t\u00eb ushqimit: mungesa e kontrollit sistematik dhe mbik\u00ebqyrjes s\u00eb vazhdueshme nga autoritetet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb produktet t\u00eb kontrollohen para se t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb treg, shum\u00eb shpesh kontrollet b\u00ebhen vet\u00ebm pas alarmit t\u00eb par\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur produktet jan\u00eb konsumuar dhe d\u00ebmi mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shkaktuar tashm\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb treg ku siguria ushqimore mbetet n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb tregtar\u00ebve dhe prodhuesve, mungesa e laborator\u00ebve modern\u00eb, mungesa e burimeve njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb kualifikuara dhe interesat ekonomike l\u00ebn\u00eb konsumatorin shqiptar t\u00eb pambrojtur p\u00ebrball\u00eb rreziqeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, mungesa e transparenc\u00ebs s\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe komunikimi i vonuar me publikun rrit edhe m\u00eb tej pasigurit\u00eb. Shpesh, konsumator\u00ebt nuk informohen n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale p\u00ebr produktet problematike dhe masat e marra, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb shum\u00eb persona, sidomos f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb moshuar, t\u00eb ekspozohen ndaj toksinave pa dijenin\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, standardet p\u00ebr pranin\u00eb e aflatoksin\u00ebs jan\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb rrepta dhe produktet t\u00ebrhiqen nga tregu menj\u00ebher\u00eb, madje duke ndjekur edhe procedura penale ndaj p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsve. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, shpesh masat nd\u00ebshkuese jan\u00eb t\u00eb buta, nd\u00ebrsa faji i shp\u00ebrndahet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive t\u00eb paqarta mes institucioneve dhe operator\u00ebve ekonomik\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rasti i qum\u00ebshtit me aflatoksin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thirrje urgjente p\u00ebr nj\u00eb reform\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb kontrollit ushqimor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
