Megjithat\u00eb, procesi vijon me num\u00ebrimin e votave t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs dhe hedhjen zyrtare t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb sistemin elektronik t\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deri m\u00eb tani jan\u00eb num\u00ebruar 18,515 nga 20,101 zarfe t\u00eb votave t\u00eb ardhura nga jasht\u00eb vendit p\u00ebr qarkun Durr\u00ebs. Nga k\u00ebto, Partia Socialiste rezulton n\u00eb krye me 11,201 vota, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb 61% t\u00eb votave t\u00eb num\u00ebruara deri tani t\u00eb diaspor\u00ebs. Pas saj renditet koalicioni PD-ASHM me 4,868 vota ose 26.5%. Nisma SHB ka marr\u00eb 1,154 vota (6.3%), nd\u00ebrsa partia Mund\u00ebsia 476 vota (2.6%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vota e diaspor\u00ebs, ndon\u00ebse nuk ka sjell\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjen e mandateve, ku PS ka siguruar 8 dhe koalicioni PD-ASHM 6 mandate, ka ndikuar n\u00eb rritjen e p\u00ebrqindjes s\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Socialiste, duke e \u00e7uar n\u00eb 53.17%. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, p\u00ebrqindja e koalicionit PD-ASHM \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur n\u00eb 37.74%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa i takon vot\u00ebs preferenciale, deputeti m\u00eb i votuar nga lista e hapur mbetet Arkend Balla i PS-s\u00eb me 18,651 vota, ndjekur nga Ani Dyrmishi me 11,576 vota dhe Etleva Budini me 4,038 vota. Partia Demokratike ka siguruar vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb mandat nga lista e hapur, q\u00eb i takon ish-prokurorit Arjan Ndoja, i cili ka marr\u00eb 8,232 vota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
