Sipas Unionit, reporter\u00ebt dhe operator\u00ebt e mediave, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb ndjekur nga af\u00ebr zhvillimet e protest\u00ebs, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me reagime fyese dhe etiketime t\u00eb papranueshme nga ana e organizator\u00ebve dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr faktin se kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pyetje apo kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar sqarime n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre profesionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cGazetar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e betejave politike dhe nuk kan\u00eb angazhim partiak. Roli i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pasqyrojn\u00eb realitetin dhe t\u00eb informojn\u00eb publikun. \u00c7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb politizuar pyetjet e tyre p\u00ebrb\u00ebn cenim t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb shprehjes dhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim p\u00ebr gazetarin\u00eb e lir\u00eb\u201d, \u2013 thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e UGSH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unioni vler\u00ebson se kjo lloj sjelljeje e rikthen vendin n\u00eb mend\u00ebsit\u00eb e hershme t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs demokratike, ku liria e shtypit vihet n\u00ebn presion nga aktor\u00eb politik\u00eb q\u00eb nuk respektojn\u00eb pluralizmin dhe rolin e pavarur t\u00eb medias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UGSH i b\u00ebn thirrje opozit\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb saj t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb distancohen publikisht nga q\u00ebndrimet fyese dhe denigruese ndaj gazetar\u00ebve, duke k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie respektuese me median si nj\u00eb pushtet i pavarur dhe i domosdosh\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri demokratike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBetejat politike t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs nuk mund dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb gazetar\u00ebt. Shtimi i medias n\u00eb list\u00ebn e \u2018armiqve politik\u00eb\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm\u201d, p\u00ebrfundon deklarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
